Job summary

SGN is seeking a Property Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual performance of its property, land, construction and estates contracts. This hybrid, full-time role is based in Glasgow with a salary range of £57.8k–£69.4k per year.

You will build relationships with consultants, valulers and contractors, support procurement, and identify risk across the portfolio to ensure value-for-money and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial management in property/estate contracts.
• Knowledge of property, land, infrastructure and construction contracts.
• Strong financial and risk management skills for complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual performance of property, land, construction and estates contracts.
• Provide commercial support for acquisitions, leases, easements, land rights and related activities.
• Build and manage relationships with consultants, valuers, contractors and legal advisers.
• Support procurement, supplier performance management and governance across contracts.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and construction delivery risks within the portfolio.
• Partner with internal teams to support project delivery and commercial outcomes.
