Property Clearance Operatives - Black Country Area - X4 Jobs Available

We are looking for Property Clearance Operatives to work in the Black Country area.

Requirements:

• Must live in the Sandwell, Wolverhampton, or Dudley area.
• Full UK driving license.
• Labouring experience.

Responsibilities include:

1. Driving the team van when required.
2. Performing tasks assigned by the supervisor.
3. Cleaning and clearing vacant social housing properties, both interior and exterior gardens, after tenants vacate.
4. Removing furniture, carpets, lino, curtains, blinds, and other items left behind.
5. Removing old or damaged outbuildings and sheds from gardens.
6. Maintaining gardens by trimming hedges and grassed areas.
7. Clearing debris from gardens, yards, and driveways.
8. Delivering and retrieving security keys.
9. Handling occasional removal of needles, bodily fluids, and contaminated objects.
10. Updating the call centre during jobs as needed.

Additional Information:

• The role involves working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Some properties may be straightforward; others may be challenging.
• Reliability and hard work are essential.
• All inductions are held in Garretts Green, Birmingham. Candidates must be able to attend.
• During the 13-week probation, candidates will not be supplied a van; transportation will be provided daily. Post-probation, a van may be issued.
• Pay rate is up to £13.68 per hour.
