Property Clearance Operatives - Coalville Area - X2 Positions

We are seeking Property Clearance Operatives to work around the Loughborough area. These positions are with one of the UK's leading Property Security, Maintenance, and Management companies.

Location

The roles cover the following areas:

• Loughborough
• Burton on Trent
• Tamworth
• Atherstone
• Coalville

Applicants should be located near each other in these areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive the team van when required.
• Install and remove steel doors, screens, and Perma steel in residential and commercial buildings.
• Perform tasks as directed by the supervisor, including cleaning and clearing vacant social housing properties, both interior and exterior gardens, after tenants vacate.
• Remove left-behind furniture, carpets, underlay, lino, curtains, blinds, and other items.
• Remove old or damaged outbuildings and sheds from gardens.
• Maintain gardens by trimming hedges and grassed areas.
• Clear debris from gardens, yards, and driveways.
• Deliver and retrieve security keys.
• Handle occasional removal of needles, bodily fluids, and contaminated objects.
• Keep the call centre updated during jobs as needed.

Additional Information

Some properties may be straightforward; others may be challenging. The role is mobile and requires traveling with the team in vans.

Candidates must have a valid driving license, be reliable, and hardworking.

Induction will take place in Garretts Green, Birmingham. Candidates must be able to attend this location.

During the 13-week probation period, candidates will not be provided with a van; transportation will be arranged daily. Post-probation, a van may be issued.

The pay rate is up to GBP 13.68 per hour.
