Property Clearance Operatives - Burton Area - X2 Positions

We are seeking Property Clearance Operatives to work in the Loughborough area. These roles are with one of the UK's leading Property Security, Maintenance, and Management companies.

Locations

The positions cover the following areas: Loughborough, Burton on Trent, Tamworth, Atherstone, and Coalville. The two operatives will need to be based near each other.

Responsibilities

1. Drive the team van when required.
2. Install and remove steel doors, screens, and Perma steel in residential and commercial buildings.
3. Perform tasks as directed by the supervisor, including cleaning and clearing vacant social housing properties, both interior and exterior gardens, after tenants vacate.
4. Remove leftover furniture, carpets, underlay, lino, curtains, blinds, and other items left behind by tenants.
5. Remove old or damaged outbuildings and sheds from gardens.
6. Maintain gardens by trimming hedges and grassed areas and clearing debris.
7. Deliver and retrieve security keys.
8. Handle occasional removal of needles, bodily fluids, and other contaminated objects.
9. Update the call center during jobs as needed.

Additional Information

Some properties may be straightforward, while others could be challenging. The role is mobile and requires travel in company vans with a team.

Candidates must have a valid driving license, be reliable, and hardworking. All inductions will be held in Garretts Green, Birmingham, and attendance is required for the induction day.

During the 13-week probation period, candidates will not be provided with a van and will be transported to and from work daily. Post-probation, a van may be supplied.

Compensation

The pay rate is up to GBP 13.68 per hour.
