Responsibilities
You’ll support our valued clients by proactively handling a range of property claims, including buildings and contents, covering incidents from fire and theft to water escape and subsidence.
Your role involves communicating with the insured, third parties, and suppliers to gather information, verify policy details, and assess cover. Some claims may require managing external service providers and collaborating with specialists within the company to investigate further.
It’s crucial to empathise with policyholders, investigate each claim tactfully and calmly, establish facts and policy details, and work towards a swift resolution to support claims settlement.
