Confidential in London is seeking a Property Claims Handler for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This remote role can be based anywhere in the UK. You will manage UK Domestic Home/Domestic Property claims from initial advice to final settlement, delivering accurate outcomes and driving process improvements across the claims team.

Strong prior Home/Domestic Property claims handling experience is desirable to be considered for this position.

• Contribute to technical excellence across the claims team and ensure accurate, efficient outcomes on in-house and third-party administrator claims.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements in key claims processes and the overall claims experience.

Job description

A London based Insurtech have a new opportunity for a Property Claims Handler, on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. This will be a remote working role, so applicants can be located anywhere in the UK.

You will be responsible for handling a range of UK Domestic Property claims, from first advice through to final settlement.

You'll be integral to delivering technical excellence across the claims team, ensuring accurate and efficient outcomes on both in-house and TPA managed claims, driving improvements in key claims processes, and working closely with various teams across the business to enhance the claims experience.

Applicants will require some prior Home/Domestic Property claims handling experience in order to be considered for the role.
