Property & Change Project Manager

Luton | Full-time | Hybrid

We support hybrid working, and you’ll spend 60% of your time each month in the office.

This role is a 9 month fixed term contract.

You turn property plans into safe, practical spaces where people can do their best work.

The opportunity

Join our Property & ID Team and lead projects across easyJet’s European property portfolio, from offices and hangars to wider airport environments.

You’ll shape project scope, priorities and delivery, working with Facilities Managers, airport authorities, internal teams, suppliers and contractors to land change safely, on programme and on budget.

Based in Luton, you’ll join a small, highly motivated team that travels across Europe to source, maintain and deliver working spaces for our people.

It’s a close knit, reactive environment where clear communication, practical judgement and a people first approach make a real difference.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll identify project opportunities with Facilities Managers, define clear objectives and deliverables, and build the case for priorities that create the best value for easyJet.

You’ll plan, design and deliver property projects safely and in line with European legislation, preparing budgets and reports while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

You’ll improve how the team works by reviewing completed projects, capturing lessons learned and developing consistent policies, procedures and controls across Facilities.

Requirements of the Role

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring practical project management experience and a track record of successfully delivering projects. Experience in facilities and/or fit-out project management would be beneficial.

You can manage your own time and priorities in a highly reactive environment, spot challenges early and keep projects moving through clear decisions and practical action.

You’re a confident communicator and negotiator who can build strong relationships across departments, challenge constructively and work with stakeholders up to Executive Manager level.
