Job summary

Hyde Group in Chichester is seeking a Property Caseworker (Tenancy Management Advisor) to join our frontline Neighbourhoods & Tenancy Services team. The role is 2 days in office and 3 days remote, offering a responsive, customer-focused housing service for ASB and tenancy management.

You will provide clear advice, support early intervention, and maintain case records in CRM, assisting with tenancy changes and safeguarding collaboration with police/local authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in ASB, tenancy management or housing-related casework.
• Some knowledge of housing law, tenancy processes and safeguarding principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for ASB and tenancy management queries
• Provide clear, accurate advice and guidance to customers
• Support early intervention approaches including mediation and prevention
• Manage and update case records accurately using CRM systems
• Support tenancy changes including joint-to-sole applications, household updates and bereavement cases
• Investigate issues such as abandonment, illegal subletting and tenancy breaches
• Carry out risk assessments and support case planning
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies including police, local authorities and safeguarding partners
• Ensure full compliance with housing legislation, safeguarding, GDPR and organisational policies
