You will act for Registered Providers and housing associations across the North West on a varied caseload that directly contributes to community regeneration and the delivery of affordable housing.

• Handling regeneration schemes, commercial leases, and a full range of property transactions within the social housing context.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified lawyer with solid post-qualification experience in property law.
• Direct experience acting for Registered Providers (RPs) is a significant advantage.Candidates with a strong private practice development background and a genuine passion for transitioning into the social housing sector will also be considered.
