Cobalt is supporting a long-standing client with a new hire for a Property Asset Manager role in Preston, Lancashire.

The client is a well-established private practice specializing in real estate across commercial and residential asset classes.

This position is suitable for a Graduate Commercial Property Manager or a newly qualified Surveyor interested in a hybrid role involving Property and Asset Management, with responsibilities split as 40% Asset Management and 60% Property Management.

The role involves managing industrial warehouses and retail assets across Central London and the South East, on behalf of multiple clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law, leases, rent reviews, acquisitions, disposals, and service charge budgets.

The salary is up to £45,000 plus bonus, depending on experience and level.

Hybrid working arrangements include 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
