This role is ideal for a commercially driven, recently qualified MRICS surveyor with asset management experience and a client-focused mindset.

The Role

• Deliver full asset management services: lease renewals, rent reviews, valuations, landlord consents, inspections, service charges, and rent collection.
• Drive revenue growth and cost efficiencies across a 300+ unit estate generating £6M+ annual income.
• Identify and let vacant properties through marketing and tender processes.
• Provide strategic input aligned with retail and commercial objectives.
• Work closely with retailers, and internal stakeholders to enhance commercial performance.
• Maintain accurate property records and ensure compliance with statutory standards.

About You
