GCB Recruitment is seeking a Property Administrator for a well-established estate agency in Nottingham. You will support sales negotiators and the Branch Manager with daily admin, manage listings, and assist progression while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Negotiators and Branch Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Process sales progression paperwork and ensure files are compliant and up to date.
• Manage and update property listings across portals and CRM systems.
• Prepare sales memorandums and support transaction progression.
• Handle inbound calls and deliver excellent customer service.
• Support general branch operations to help drive sales performance.
