The role offers a permanent position based in Uxbridge, with a salary of 29,700 to 36,300 dependent on experience. You will work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Qualifications

• Experience processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Confidence checking invoice details and resolving discrepancies.
• Ability to manage supplier queries in a clear and timely manner.
• Good attention to detail when entering and reviewing financial data.
• Comfort working with finance systems and spreadsheets.
• Ability to organise tasks and meet payment deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and ensure they are recorded in a timely way.
• Check invoice details against supporting information to maintain accurate payment records.
