The successful candidate will engage clients and manage Service Charge activities while leveraging global delivery teams. Qualifications include 3+ years of Service Charge management experience and familiarity with MRI solutions like Horizon and QubePM. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Service Charge management across Commercial & Residential sectors.
• Must have worked on MRI solutions such as Horizon, QubePM or PMX.
• Good understanding of RICS Service Charge guidelines.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role required.

Responsibilities

• Own the client engagement covering end-to-end Service Charge activities.
• Produce compliant accounts in line with lease terms.
• Work with the global delivery team to allocate tasks.
• Support other property accounting functions across AR, AP, GL.
• Act as a subject matter expert across complex queries.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, continuous improvement.
