Job summary

MRI Software, located in Quarrington, is looking for a highly motivated Property Accountant to join their EMEA Managed Services delivery team. The role involves managing client engagements in property accounting outsourcing, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and leveraging global delivery teams.

The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of property accounting functions, be experienced in Service Charge management, and communicate effectively with clients. Competitive benefits and a supportive work environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of property accounting functions.
• 3+ years of experience in Service Charge management across both Commercial & Residential sectors.
• Ideally exposed to Service Charge within Social Housing.

Responsibilities

• Own the client engagement covering the end-to-end Service Charge activities.
• Produce compliant accounts in line with lease terms.
• Work with the global delivery team to allocate tasks and review engagements.
