We are seeking a Promotions Executive to join our Marketing team at our Travel Retail Head Office in Aldgate, central London. The main responsibility of this role is managing the day-to-day delivery of printed POS and digital advertising screen materials to WHSmith Travel stores.

What you’ll do

• Liaise with the Trading Teams regarding POS requirements and deadlines.
• Create Excel-based briefs for POS design, artwork, and printing production.
• Collaborate with artworkers from brief to art-working, and coordinate with printers for store distribution of POS.
• Review artworks for accuracy and brand standards compliance, providing feedback for amendments before final approval by senior stakeholders.
• Obtain and secure cost estimates from printers for each job.
• Ensure all milestones and deadlines are met for timely delivery to stores.
• Manage multiple jobs simultaneously, varying in size, complexity, brand, and country.
• Take full ownership of each job from receipt of the brief to delivery in stores.
