Job summary

Bevan Brittan LLP is seeking a Projects Solicitor or Associate for the Commercial and Infrastructure Department to work on commercial and complex PFI/PPP contracts across sectors such as Health, Education, Social Care and more.

You will support clients on high value PFI/PPP matters, engage in contract management, and advise on expiry and post-PFI service arrangements. Several opportunities for growth and cross‑practice collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in public infrastructure contracts.
• Experience handling complex public sector contracts.
• Ability to deliver clear, commercial legal advice.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Flexible and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of complex projects and commercial transactions for public and private clients.
• Advise on operational management of PFI/PPP contracts, variations and contract interpretation.
• Counsel clients on expiry and future service arrangements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to support PFI/PPP projects.
• Contribute to business development and team growth.
