Bevan Brittan LLP seeks a Projects Solicitor or Associate to join the Commercial and Infrastructure Department, focusing on commercial and complex PFI/PPP work across sectors including Health, Education, Social Care, Police, and Housing.

You will support clients on high-value PFI/PPP matters, engage in contract management, expiry planning, and post-PFI service arrangements, and collaborate with colleagues to grow the practice. A hybrid working model is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ PQE in commercial / infrastructure law.
• Experience delivering complex public infrastructure contracts (PFI/PPP).
• Ability to provide clear, precise advice with senior support as needed.
• Strong technical foundation and ability to navigate complex issues.
• Excellent client liaison and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of a range of complex PFI/PPP projects and commercial transactions for public and private sector clients.
• Involve in operational management of existing PFI/PPP contracts, including variations and advice on interpretation and contract management.
• Advise on expiry and future service arrangements for PFI/PPP projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to support PFI/PPP projects.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the team.
