The Royal College of General Practitioners in London is seeking a Projects Officer to support delivery of key Professional Standards projects and activities. You will coordinate projects, develop resources, organise high-profile events and webinars, produce communications, and manage online learning content.
You will work closely with colleagues and external stakeholders, balancing priorities and delivering high-quality work within a hybrid setting (minimum two days in the office).
Full Time, 35 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract: 6 months until 30/04/2027
Salary, Grade FL £36,742.50 per annum
Location: Euston, London (hybrid working with a minimum of two days in the office)

This is a varied role supporting the delivery of key projects and activities that contribute to our Professional Standards work. You’ll play an important role in coordinating projects, developing resources, organising high-profile events and webinars, producing communications, managing online learning content, and using data to support effective decision-making.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, as well as senior professionals and external stakeholders, so this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing competing priorities and making things happen.
You will:
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, adaptable and confident working across a varied portfolio of projects and activities.
You will have proven project administration experience and the ability to deliver multiple projects or services to set timelines and budget. The successful postholder will also have experience in planning and coordinating workshops, focus groups and events, including online/virtual events. Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, ideally Salesforce and experience of collating, interpreting and reporting data is essential.
