BCL Legal is recruiting a Senior/Principal Associate Projects Solicitor to join the Birmingham-based Commercial team on a permanent basis with flexible hybrid working, a competitive salary, bonus and excellent benefits.

You will advise on high-profile, complex projects across public and private sectors, draft, negotiate and review project documentation, and help develop client relationships while managing a busy caseload.

• Experience advising on commercial projects and drafting, negotiating and reviewing project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Join a nationally recognised Commercial team advising on high-profile and complex projects across the public and private sectors, with particular strength in healthcare, local government, social housing and emergency services.
• Advise clients throughout the full lifecycle of major projects, from structuring and procurement through to operational matters, contract expiry and termination.
• Draft, negotiate and advise on a broad range of commercial project documentation, delivering practical, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base.
• Work on nationally significant infrastructure and PFI projects, including major healthcare schemes and complex contract termination matters.
• Manage your own caseload while working closely with partners and colleagues on business development initiatives and strategic client relationships.

The Role
