Job summary
A prominent legal firm is looking for an Associate to join its Projects & Infrastructure team in London/Birmingham. This role involves advising on a variety of government energy and infrastructure projects. Candidates should be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE and experience in project agreements, such as PPP/PFI and EPC contracts. The firm offers a hybrid working model, bonuses, and additional benefits including 25 days of annual leave and private medical insurance.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience as a Solicitor.
Experience in PPP/PFI, PPAs, EPC contracts and O&M Agreements.
Familiarity with UK public procurements (PCR) is desirable.
Responsibilities
Advise on UK domestic energy, infrastructure and defence projects.
Support government projects and project development aspects.
Involve in advising Highways England and the UK Ministry of Defence.
