Job summary
A prominent legal firm is looking for an Associate to join its Projects & Infrastructure team in London/Birmingham. This role involves advising on a variety of government energy and infrastructure projects. Candidates should be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE and experience in project agreements, such as PPP/PFI and EPC contracts. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience as a Solicitor.
- Experience in PPP/PFI, PPAs, EPC contracts and O&M Agreements.
- Familiarity with UK public procurements (PCR) is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Advise on UK domestic energy, infrastructure and defence projects.
- Support government projects and project development aspects.
- Involve in advising Highways England and the UK Ministry of Defence.
