Job summary

Leading International Law Firm in London is seeking a Projects Solicitor or Senior Associate with 2–6 years' PQE to join its highly regarded Projects team. The role offers exposure to landmark infrastructure, energy and public sector projects both in the UK and internationally.

You will work alongside market-leading Partners to advise a diverse client base including developers, investors, contractors, and financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years' PQE in Projects, Infrastructure or Energy practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise on major infrastructure and energy projects domestically and internationally.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex project and commercial documentation.
• Advise on project development, procurement and delivery structures.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's international offices on cross-border matters.
