Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 PQE with experience in a recognised Projects, Infrastructure and/or Energy practice.
• Strong technical, drafting and commercial skills.
• Experience advising on infrastructure, energy or related transactional matters.
• Exposure to project finance, PPP/PFI or major infrastructure developments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise on major infrastructure and energy projects across sectors, including transport, renewables and utilities.
• Support clients on complex project development, procurement and transactional matters.
• Advise on project finance-related matters, including PPP/PFI arrangements where relevant.
• Collaborate with investors, contractors, financial institutions and public sector bodies.
• Work with senior lawyers and Partners on significant national and international projects.

Working closely with market‑leading Partners, the successful candidate will advise on a broad range of infrastructure, energy and project finance‑related matters, acting for an impressive client base on complex, high‑value national and international projects.

This will include:

• Advising on major infrastructure and energy projects across a range of sectors, including transport, renewables and utilities.
• Supporting clients on complex project development, procurement and transactional matters.
• Advising on project finance‑related matters, including PPP/PFI arrangements where relevant.
• Working with investors, contractors, financial institutions and public sector bodies.
• Collaborating with senior lawyers and Partners on significant national and international projects.
