Job summary

Citizens Advice New Forest (CANF) is seeking a Projects Coordinator to support project managers, advisers and funders in keeping projects on track. You will help maintain project systems, monitor performance and coordinate meetings, communications and service developments to ensure timely delivery.

The role offers 21 hours per week on a permanent basis, based in Lymington with some travel across the New Forest area.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting planning, coordination and delivery of projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Willingness to travel across the New Forest area

Responsibilities

• Maintain project systems and support reporting requirements
• Coordinate meetings, communications and service developments
• Help ensure projects are well coordinated and contractual commitments are met
• Develop hands-on project management experience in a supportive environment
