As a Project Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting young people by delivering a wide range of engaging mental health and wellbeing interventions and informal education - including the Children and Young People's Safe Haven drop-in, youth work drop-ins in schools, youth group sessions, one-to-one sessions, group work, outreach, workshops and promotional stalls. You can expect to cover a range of areas, including mental health and emotional wellbeing support, positive relationships, drugs & alcohol, sexual health, sexual exploitation, domestic violence, physical assault, bullying & harassment (including cyber bullying), social media and digital safety.

You will be a champion for youth voice, actively gathering feedback, amplifying young people's perspectives, and embedding their participation into the development and continuous improvement of our services.

Collaboration is key in this role. You'll work closely with parents, social care, schools, youth and community organisations, and other professionals connected to the young person's support network. Where needed, you'll make appropriate referrals to our colleagues, partner services, or external agencies to ensure holistic support.
