About the Role
As our Operations Manager, you will drive performance, quality, and innovation across a portfolio of services, ensuring exceptional care for adults in need of support. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead a team of Registered Managers, enhance service outcomes, and help shape regional and divisional strategy.
What You’ll Bring
Proven success in multi-site operations management within regulated health or social care
A track record of driving quality improvement and meeting KPIs
Strong financial acumen & understanding of budget controls
Skilled in leadership, coaching, and people development
Confident managing safeguarding, compliance, and risk
Able to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and families
Agile, solutions-focused, and passionate about person-centred care
Degree-level education or equivalent experience
