Job Description:

We’re excited to be recruiting for a Project Test Manager to join an organisation at the heart of one of the UK’s most significant digital transformations. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the future and delivering greater value to good causes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead testing activities across multi-product projects including Digital, Retail, Data and Balancing
• Define and implement Test Strategies and Test Plans early in the development lifecycle
• Manage coordination across multiple integrations and vendor teams
• Oversee full project test reporting, delivering quality KPIs and real-time progress updates
• Champion continuous improvement, introducing innovative testing approaches such as AI-driven solutions
• Build and mentor a high-performing test team, fostering a culture of transparency and learning
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes across the delivery lifecycle
• Support resource planning to meet project demands efficiently

Main Skills / Requirements:

• Proven Test Management experience in complex project environments
• Strong grasp of Quality KPIs and trend analysis for decision-making
• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills under pressure
• Demonstrated success leading and mentoring test/QA teams
• Confident stakeholder engagement across diverse teams and vendors
• Experience delivering in Agile and cross-functional delivery models
