Job summary

Connexus invites applications for a Project Surveyor to bolster our Assets Management Team. The role blends home working with weekly office presence at Craven Arms, supporting the investment programme from pre-tender through handover with rigorous attention to cost, quality and safety standards.

The successful candidate will have strong building construction knowledge, a track record in contract and budget management, and familiarity with CDM/Asbestos regulations and the decent homes standard.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction and quantity surveying principles.
• Experience in contract and budget management.
• Familiarity with CDM & Asbestos Regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on delivery of investment projects from procurement to handover within time, quality and cost targets.
• Prepare specifications, manage procurement, and administer contracts.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, authorities and solicitors to ensure value for money and audit compliance.
