Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is recruiting a proven Project Support Officer to back delivery of complex infrastructure programmes in a highly regulated environment. The role focuses on governance administration, MS O365 expertise, and proactive stakeholder engagement on a defence site.

It's a site-based position (3 days per week) within a major programmes delivery team, offering pace, purpose, and visible impact through robust governance and well-run processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven MS O365 proficiency.
  • Extensive governance administration experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organised and proactive; able to work on own initiative.
  • Minimum SC clearance and sole UK national status.

Responsibilities

  • Support administration across a portfolio of infrastructure projects.
  • Act as secretary for governance meetings: scheduling, agendas, packs, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Maintain logs, trackers, project status updates, and forward action plans.
  • Support risk/issue management, including development and upkeep of registers.
  • Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery.
  • Ensure project documentation is current, controlled, stored correctly, and communicated.

The Role

As Project Support Officer within a major programmes delivery team at , you will support and oversee administration across a portfolio of infrastructure projects, ensuring outputs align to strategic objectives, governance frameworks, and infrastructure priorities. This is a site-based role (3 days per week ) supporting delivery activities across the wider team Area of Responsibility.

  • Supporting alignment of strategic objectives to deliver key waterfront project outputs
  • Providing administrative support to project outputs, governance frameworks, and infrastructure priorities
  • Acting as secretary for governance meetings: scheduling, agendas, packs, minutes, and action tracking
  • Maintaining logs, trackers, project status updates, and forward action plans
  • Supporting risk/issue management, including development and upkeep of registers
  • Engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery
  • Ensuring project documentation is current, controlled, stored correctly, and appropriately communicated
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven MS O365 proficiency
  • Extensive administration capability within governance-led environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills at all levels
  • Confident written and verbal communication, including presentation capability
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work on own initiative
  • Minimum SC clearance and sole UK national status
