This is a Governance & Reporting Manager role within Millbank Holdings, based in Scotland. The role focuses on governance, reporting and decision support for a major infrastructure programme, with on-site presence required.
You will lead governance activities, manage risk and change control, and coordinate stakeholder engagement across senior teams, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and documentation.

Do you have 3-5+ years' experience in programme or project governance, including governance reporting, risk management, stakeholder engagement and change control?
Are you a sole UK national who either holds, or is eligible to obtain, SC Security Clearance and can work on-site in Scotland as required?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Governance & Reporting Manager to join a high-profile infrastructure and capability programme supporting critical operational assets and services. Working within a collaborative, multi-stakeholder environment, you will play a pivotal role in enabling effective governance, reporting, decision-making and stakeholder engagement across a complex programme landscape.
This position offers the chance to influence strategic outcomes, work with senior stakeholders, and help shape governance processes that support the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects. This role is based within a secure operational environment in Scotland, supporting a major infrastructure and capability programme. The position requires regular on-site attendance to facilitate workshops, governance meetings, stakeholder engagement and site activities, typically between two and four days per week depending on programme needs.
The successful candidate will work alongside programme delivery, project controls, planning and stakeholder management teams in a collaborative environment focused on delivering complex infrastructure outcomes. Due to the nature of the work, security clearance requirements will apply and occasional travel may be required.
