Job Title: Project Support Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Support Officer for a 12-month engagement. This role is ideal for an adaptable and conscientious individual who can provide exceptional project support by managing key project controls, including risk and issue logs, collaborating with Project Managers to deliver project plans, financial tracking and forecasting (including budget analysis), maintaining project registers, and assessing performance against metrics and milestones using project dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage key project controls including risk and issue logs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver project plans.
• Track and forecast financial aspects, including budget analysis.
• Maintain project registers and utilise project dashboards to assess performance against metrics and milestones.
• Liaise with business and technical stakeholders at various levels.
• Work with Chief Officers, Project Managers, and external third parties and vendors.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in M365 (formerly Office or O365).
• Ability to liaise with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project support, planning, and administration.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Background in public-sector, charitable or educational environments is advantageous but not required.

Work Environment

The role involves collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders, requiring engagement with Chief Officers, Project Managers, and external vendors. The work environment promotes the use of advanced technological tools such as M365 to enhance productivity and communication.
