United Infrastructure T&D Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator based at our Alness office, Highlands, Scotland. You will drive day-to-day supply chain activities, coordinating between project teams, Subcontracts and Purchasing, ensuring requests are captured, validated and processed to meet project requirements.

The role requires experience in contracting and subcontracting, strong stakeholder communication, and a proactive approach to logistics and procurement within the UK energy

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain and/or CIPS.
• Experience contracting / subcontracting in power/construction sectors.
• Ability to interact with contractors and stakeholders.
• Local knowledge of area and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.

Responsabilités

• Operate according to Corporate and Project Supply Chain Procedures.
• Act as primary contact for project managers and site teams regarding supply chain needs.
• Capture and document project requests with scope and timelines.
• Ensure activities align with budgets and project processes.
• Maintain supplier registers and conduct supplier performance reviews.
• Support subcontractor mobilization and procurement activities.
• Process material and equipment requisitions and purchase orders.
• Assist with site inductions, documentation checks, and issue resolution.
• Promote safe working practices and stay auditable.
