Job summary

ADT, working under the Johnson Controls umbrella, is seeking a Project Supervisor for UK construction projects within the ADT brand. You will oversee on-site safety, scheduling, and subcontractor management to deliver key installations and services.

You will lead a team on large sites, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate closely with the Project Manager to meet financial and performance targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving license.
• Experience in customer-facing environments.
• Experience managing field teams in the Fire & Security industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• People management skills with field team oversight.
• Electrical background is preferred.
• Experience managing subcontractors on large sites.
• Ability to keep operatives productive and cost-efficient.
• Knowledge of health and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site coordination with the Project Manager, focusing on safety, scheduling, site control and subcontractor management.
• Provide day-to-day direction to an on-site team, prioritising objectives and ensuring timely delivery.
• Foster strong client relationships and effective communication across all stakeholders.
