Are you a Structural Engineer looking to join a design-led, non-corporate consultancy where architecture, low-carbon design, and creativity come first? Are you seeking a flexible and supportive studio that primarily works on Landmark projects in an environment where you can become a more well-rounded engineer with in-house and outsourced training and direct routes to chartership if desired?

On offer is the opportunity to join a design-led structural engineering studio known for delivering innovative and award-winning work across the cultural, community and private sectors. This company works on Landmark projects such as galleries, museums, heritage buildings and contemporary structures with low carbon design.

As a Project Engineer, you will take responsibility for project delivery from concept to construction, working closely with architects and clients on exciting and technically challenging designs.

Associates and Directors will guide and help you through each of your projects. You'll be supported toward chartership if desired, encouraged to develop your design thinking, and given the time to reflect and grow your expertise in a studio that champions wellbeing-offering a 9-day working fortnight and flexible hours.

This role would suit a technically sharp and creative engineer with a passion for architecture, design innovation, and low-carbon engineering. You'll join a team who care deeply about their craft and their people, and who believe that great structures start with great relationships.

The Role:

Work from concept through to construction on cultural, community, and private developments
Use Eurocodes to carry out structural calculations and develop elegant, efficient designs
Collaborate closely with architects, clients, and colleagues on design-led work
Work independently and develop solutions from first principles
Full-time role based in the London studio with flexibility
