Job summary

RGB Recruitment seeks a Project Structural Engineer to support delivery of a broad range of building structures schemes. You will design across steel, concrete, masonry and timber, review calculations and drawings, and interact with clients and design partners throughout the project lifecycle.

The role involves site inspections, reporting, and taking ownership of work packages on medium to large projects, with a focus on clear, well-documented designs and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' structural engineering experience.
• MEng or equivalent; chartership in progress or achieved.
• Ability to work with architects, contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural designs for steel, concrete, masonry and timber.
• Ensure designs comply with codes and are well documented.
• Take ownership of work packages on medium to large projects.
• Carry out site inspections and summarize findings in reports.
• Coordinate workload to meet deadlines and maintain project docs.
• Use design software to support delivery and communicate decisions.
