Qualifications

• Experience in production control, planning or scheduling within manufacturing or project-driven environments.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication to influence and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Release and manage production orders per capacity and priorities.
• Select routing methodologies to maximise throughput and reduce bottlenecks.
• Monitor progress and identify risks to delivery schedules.
• Support On-Time Delivery targets across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure availability of drawings, docs, tooling and materials before work starts.
• Expedite shortages, transfers and transport requirements.
• Maintain SAP production and inventory data integrity.
• Manage production/non-material orders and related transactions.
• Resolve goods movement exceptions (COGI, ZMIGO-ERROR).
• Support accurate WIP management and stock issuance.
• Ensure data supports reliable reporting and financial accuracy.
