Sulzer Leeds is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to own planning across large engineering projects in our Advanced Pump Design and Manufacturing Centre of Excellence. You’ll build and maintain end-to-end schedules, align engineering, procurement, manufacturing and testing, and drive clarity through complexity.
The role requires strong MS Project skills, working knowledge of SAP, and a proven ability to manage interdependencies.

Our newly refurbished Leeds facility our Advanced Pump Design and Manufacturing Centre of Excellence, where highly engineered, bespoke pumping solutions are designed, built and delivered for some of the world’s most demanding applications. Our pumps operate in environments where failure isn’t an option — from energy, oil & gas, chemicals, water, nuclear and heavy industry, serving global customers who expect absolute precision, reliability and performance. We’re looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to take ownership of planning and scheduling across large, complex engineering projects — the kind with long lead times, multiple workstreams and a lot of moving parts. You’ll be at the heart of the project lifecycle, building and maintaining detailed schedules that align engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and delivery. This is a role for someone who enjoys turning complexity into clarity.
