Job summary

Pimlico Plumbers Limited in London is looking for an ambitious Air Conditioning Project Sales Manager who will own the full sales lifecycle across residential and commercial AC projects, from lead generation and site surveys to solution design, quotation, installation handover and project completion.

You will build lasting relationships, win new business, and drive revenue growth with an uncapped bonus, reporting into a growing, customer‑focused team that values quality and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Essential experience within the air conditioning industry.
• Successful track record in project sales, estimating, or business development.
• Experience conducting surveys, system design, and preparing quotations.
• Strong understanding of air conditioning systems and installation methods.
• Commercially focused with the ability to identify opportunities and maximise revenue.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and revenue across residential and commercial air conditioning projects.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities into profitable contracts.
• Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements.
• Design tailored air conditioning solutions that meet client needs and budgets.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Manage projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
• Work closely with engineers, suppliers and manufacturers to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Produce detailed project estimates covering labour, materials, equipment and access requirements.
• Manage project handovers, ensuring installation teams have clear technical and project documentation.
• Maintain strong commercial oversight to maximise project profitability and margin performance.
• Support strategic business objectives through networking, relationship building, and market development activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant HVAC regulations, F-Gas requirements, and industry best practice.

You'll be responsible for managing the full sales and project lifecycle, from lead generation and site surveys through to solution design, quotation, client acquisition, installation handover, and project completion. What We're Looking For

• Essential Proven experience within the Air Conditioning industry.
• Successful track record in project sales, estimating, or business development.
• Experience conducting surveys, system design, and preparing quotations.
• Strong understanding of air conditioning systems and installation methods.
• Commercially focused with the ability to identify opportunities and maximise revenue.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable Experience

• Experience delivering both residential and commercial AC projects.
• Knowledge of split, multi-split, VRF, and VRV systems.
• HVAC qualifications and/or F-Gas certification.
• Experience using CRM, estimating, and project management software.
