Job summary

Neighbourly is seeking an ambitious Air Conditioning Project Sales Manager to join our London team. You will own the full sales and project lifecycle—from lead generation and site surveys to design, quotations, client acquisition, installation handover, and project completion.

This role blends strategic selling with technical insight in both residential and commercial markets. We offer an attractive base salary with an uncapped bonus, reflecting your drive to grow revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within the Air Conditioning industry.
• Successful track record in project sales, estimating, or business development.
• Experience conducting surveys, system design, and preparing quotations.
• Strong understanding of air conditioning systems and installation methods.
• Commercially focused with the ability to identify opportunities and maximise revenue.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and revenue across residential and commercial AC projects.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities into profitable contracts.
• Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements.
• Design tailored air conditioning solutions meeting client needs and budgets.
• Prepare accurate quotations and competitive bids.
• Manage projects from enquiry to completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and manufacturers for delivery.
• Ensure compliance with HVAC regulations and F-Gas requirements.
