Project Sales Business Development Manager

WB Power Services is currently recruiting for Project Sales Business Development Managers. This is a superb opportunity for driven and motivated Business Development Managers to join during this rapid growth period. The business seeks individuals to support its expansion during these exciting times.

WB Power Services is a leading generator specialist providing solutions, maintenance, sales, and hire services across the UK. We are a family-owned business that values professionalism and a friendly working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to company quality systems ISO 9001, 14001, & 45001
  • Coordinate with all departments regarding group opportunities
  • Research new business opportunities within scope and geographic area
  • Promote WBPS Ltd and its services via face-to-face, phone, and email contact
  • Support internal sales through customer visits as needed
  • Recruit new clients
  • Manage the process of chasing all new quotations with sales personnel
  • Present face-to-face proposals when required
  • Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce with prospects, quotes, visits, and activities
  • Submit monthly sales and pipeline reports for review in sales meetings
  • Participate in sales de-brief meetings as required
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as outlined in your employment agreement, subject to review
  • Maintain a professional and presentable appearance
  • Update WBPS Ltd's online database regularly
  • Handle quotations for customer inquiries
  • Collect and enter new customer details into the database
  • Ensure new customers are informed of WBPS Ltd's terms and conditions
  • Coordinate with Senior Management to set up new client terms and conditions
  • Send introductory letters to prospective customers
  • This list is not exhaustive and may be amended; additional duties may be assigned.
