Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Assistant Quantity Surveyor considered for step up
• Experience with NHF Schedule of rates
• On-site cost management and cash flow

Responsibilities

• Cost planning
• Closing out and setting up contracts commercially
• Liaise with operational team to ensure works are completed on time and within budget
• Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
• Working off the NHF Schedule of rates
• Approve sub-contractors & supplier payments
• Attending & steering progress meetings with clients
• Regular on site visits
• Overlook P&L with operational leads
• Cash flow management
