Qualifications

• On site experience of 3+ years in maintenance contracts.
• Experience with onsite measures and site procedures.
• Knowledge of NEC form of contract and subcontract conditions.
• Familiarity with other contract forms is a plus.
• Experience in managing others on site.

• Take ownership of project costs and maximise value.
• Manage risk and ensure profitable delivery of projects.
