Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor (PQS)
Location: Manchester city centre, hybrid flexible working (minimum 2 days a week in the office) - covering North West
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (inclusive of car allowance) + annual bonus + generous private pension + life assurance + private healthcare + access to flexible company benefits scheme.

The Opportunity

In Manchester, they have a growing and established projects team of circa 30 professionals including Project Managers, Building Surveyors, and PQS Quantity Surveyors. They deliver industry-leading solutions across large-scale developments with project values around £200 million, playing a key role in infrastructure, mixed-use residential, commercial offices, and logistics projects.
Their flexible working approach ensures that employees thrive; some work across multiple sectors, while others focus on specialist areas – it’s your choice. The business works with Project Quantity Surveyors to develop careers aligned with your interests.
The team follows a hybrid working model (minimum two days a week in the office), with many opting for more office time, while accommodating those preferring a more remote setup.
