In this varied role, you will take responsibility for the commercial management and NEC4 contract administration of a multi-site programme involving bus shelters, street furniture, and associated highway works. This role is predominantly office based, with travel to local client sites required.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor, with NEC4 experience, looking to progress their career with a genuine market leader who have exciting plans for future growth, and can progress your career into senior roles.

The Role:

• Project Quantity Surveyor
• Commercial management and NEC4 contract administration
• Monday to Friday, up to £50,000 DOE + Car Allowance

The Person:

• Quantity Surveyor / Project QS
• Background in construction, civil engineering, highways or similar environment
• Knowledge of NEC4
• Full UK Driving License
