Job summary

Bimplus, a multidisciplinary built environment consultancy, is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor in Liverpool to provide commercial and cost management across the project lifecycle.

You will work with clients and other consultants, preparing cost plans, advising on project costs, supporting procurement, reviewing tenders, and managing valuations. The role offers exposure to sectors such as healthcare, education, residential, retail, and more, with CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three years PQS/QS experience preferred.
• Relevant degree/HNC/HND; RICS membership advantageous.
• Experience in a professional consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost plans, estimates and commercial reports.
• Advise clients on project costs and financial considerations.
• Support procurement and tendering activities.
• Review tender returns and provide commercial recommendations.
• Manage project costs throughout the delivery process.
• Assess variations and changes.
• Manage valuations and payment processes.
