You will embed within high-performing teams and collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires 3–6 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side environment, solid knowledge of JCT contracts, and a degree in Quantity Surveying.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a consultancy or client-side environment.
• Confidence in managing procurement processes and engaging with project stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts is essential.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline; MRICS or working towards MRICS advantageous.
• Commercially aware, organised, and confident in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost across multiple projects from feasibility to final account.
• Oversee procurement activities: tender documentation, evaluating returns, supplier/contractor appointments.
• Prepare tender documentation and support contractor appointments.
• Engage with clients, consultants and contractors; contribute to project meetings and strategy.
• Handle contract administration duties under JCT and ensure delivery aligned with programme and budget.
