Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a fantastic regional business with a heavy workload across the southern counties and a regional HQ in Southampton.

You will oversee education, health and civic sector projects, with at least five years' post graduate experience and NEC and JCT contract knowledge. You may run your own projects or take a step up under the guidance of a Commercial Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post graduate experience.
• Experience with NEC and JCT contracts.
• Based in Hampshire area and eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee education, health and civic sector projects.
• Manage project quantities and procurement activities.
• Run projects independently or progress under a Commercial Manager.

A great opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor looking to join a Fantastic regional business, with a huge workload (predominantly public sector), working across the southern counties, with a regional HQ in Southampton.

Requirements

• Experienced Project Quantity Surveyor, ideally based in the Hampshire area for projects in the Education, Health and civic sectors for a tier one construction business.
• Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience.
• Experience in NEC and JCT contracts.
• Either running their own projects or ready to take the step up under the guidance of a Commercial Manager.
