Job summary

3D Personnel LTD is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to support civil engineering projects from our Southampton Head Office. You will manage valuations, change control, subcontractor procurement and CVRs across multiple schemes under NEC contracts.

A degree or equivalent experience is required, with a minimum of two years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor. The role demands a proactive, highly organised approach and strong commercial awareness to drive monthly reporting and cash flow forecasting.

Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering Projects

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading engineering and construction contractor, supporting a strong pipeline of civil engineering projects across the region.

This role will be based out of the Southampton Head Office, working closely with the Commercial Manager and wider project teams to manage the commercial function across multiple schemes, using NEC forms of contract.
