Enisca Browne is seeking a proactive Project Quantity Surveyor to drive commercial performance from tender handover to final account. You will own cost control, financial reporting, and engage with internal teams and external stakeholders on major projects in the UK water and civil sectors.

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Project Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in managing the commercial performance of our projects. You will take ownership from tender handover through to final account, ensuring effective cost control, robust financial reporting, and clear, confident engagement with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Working collaboratively across departments, you’ll support successful project outcomes through accurate forecasting, sound contract administration, and commercially focused decision‑making.
In this role, you’ll manage payment applications, interface with subcontractors, oversee procurement activities, and contribute to efficient budget and cost management. You’ll bring strong commercial insight, the ability to work autonomously under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance throughout all project phases.
