Qualifications

• HNC ou diplôme en construction requis.
• Expérience avec les contrats JCT/NEC.
• Droit de travail plein au Royaume-Uni.
• Résider à distance commutable de Reading.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join renowned tier 1 main contractor in Reading. The business undertakes notable schemes across the public and private sectors including education, defence, commercial and student accommodation valuing in excess of £100mil. With a busy defence scheme in Reading, they're looking to expand the team, including an additional Project Quantity Surveyor.

About the role of Project Quantity Surveyor:

As Project Quantity Surveyor you will be working within an established commercial team, reporting into the Commercial Manager. Your role will involve sub-contract procurement and management, in particular managing internal / fit-out packages.

Key Responsibilities as Project Quantity Surveyor:

• Manage sub-contract procurement
• Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations
• Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client
• Deal with final accounts

Key Requirements for this Project Quantity Surveyor position:

• Have a HNC / construction related degree
• Have administered JCT / NEC forms of contract
• Must have the full right to work in the UK
• Must live within commutable distance to Reading.
